Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions relate to all training courses and events booked with Global Performance Training:
Booking Price:
All prices quoted will be honoured at the time of booking, though are subject to change at the discretion of Global Performance Training.
Payment
Payment must have been received in full as cleared funds by Global Performance Training before the start of the booked training course. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of trainee access to the booked training course.
Cancellation
If, for any reason, the trainee has to cancel an agreed booking, this must be notified to Global Performance Training in writing, and the cancellation fees will apply as set out below:
Notice Given
• Less than 1 month 100%
• Less than 3 months 75%
• More than 3 months 50%
• Alternatively a substitute trainee can be provided.
• This course is not transferable to a future date or course.
• There will no refunds for electronic or printed media that form all or part of any pre course materials for any NLP Practitioner or Master Practitioner Trainings.
The Data Protection Act 1998
Any information supplied by the users of this website will be retained by Global Performance Training on a database and will be used to compile either a paper list of trainees to be distributed at the training or event, or an electronic trainee list on the web. The information may also be used for marketing purposes and trainees could be contacted by letter, telephone or e-mail with details of future events and courses organised or promoted by Global Performance Training may be of interest.
Returns Policy
If any product purchased from this site is faulty, you can return it within 28 days after receiving the same. We will replace the product free of charge or, if the same product is no longer available or available at that price, refund your payment. After 28 days, no refund of payment will be made. There will no refunds for electronic or printed media that form all or part of any pre course materials for any NLP Practitioner or Master Practitioner Trainings.
