Corrective Exercise
Corrective exercise is a systematic process of identifying a musculoskeletal disfunction/imbalance, developing an effective exercise plan of action, and then implementing the corrective exercise strategy.
Effective corrective exercise incorporate the modalities of functional anatomy, biomechanics, human movement science, physiology, psychology, sports massage and stretching into a structured and progressive design which can enhance recreational or sports performance, accelerate recovery and decrease the risk of further injury.
Testimonial:
"Awaiting an operation on my knee due to skiing accident. I was advised by my physio to do some gentle strength building exercises. Mike Bell gave me 3 personal training sessions and within a short space of time was able to cancel the operation. Mike is a great personal trainer and was instrumental in my recovery." ......Mr L.
